Mobile Terms of Service

Welcome to Green Future Construction’s (“Green Future,” “we,” “us”) Mobile Messaging service. By opting in to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile TOS”). This Mobile TOS is separate from and in addition to our General Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Company Overview

Green Future Construction (“Green Future”) provides professional construction, landscape design, and tree services. We are licensed and insured.

2. Types of Messages We Send

By signing up for our text messaging program, you may receive:

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel these text messages at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Message & Data Rates May Apply

8. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. We will use your personal information solely to provide our text messaging services, and as explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent mobile phone numbers to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with trusted vendors who assist in delivering our SMS services.

9. Data Sharing

We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Specifically, no user cellular phone number will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. However, we may share your SMS opt-in or consent status and phone number with third parties that assist us in providing messaging services, such as platform providers, phone carriers, and other vendors involved in delivering text messages

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our text messaging service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages, as delivery can depend on your mobile service provider’s network.

11. Modification of This Mobile TOS

We may modify or cancel our text messaging services or any of their features without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we also reserve the right to modify these Mobile Terms of Service at any time. Any changes become effective when we post the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our text messaging service after changes are made indicates your acceptance of those changes.
